Listing rules

• Only licensed agents or brokerages may list. You must provide your name, license number, state, and brokerage name and license; these display on every listing as your state requires.
• You must have the seller's permission to advertise the property and the right to use every photo.
• Re-verify each listing every 7 days or it is automatically hidden.
• No language that states a preference or limitation based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or other protected class under federal, state or local law.
• We are an advertising platform. We do not represent buyers or sellers, take commissions, or charge for referrals.
